Revision rotator cuff repair is the surgical repair of a rotator cuff that has failed previous surgery. The procedure can be performed arthroscopically in case of a minor re-tear of the rotator cuff. If the injury is severe, open surgery may be required to identify healthy tendon and reattach it to the bone.
